┏━━━━✦❘༻ WELCOME HOME ༺❘✦━━━━┓➨ Located next to Belmont Park, smell the ocean air from this recently remodeled condo that’s 10 yards from the boardwalk!➨ With 2 Large Bedrooms, one of which has a loft, you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy your beach retreat➨ Please note the loft is being counted as the 3rd bedroom➨ This loft has its own queen bed and it sits above the 2 queen beds in bedroom 2➨ You must enter bedroom 2 to get to the loft.➨ Please note rooftop deck is a shared space───── ✦ WHAT THE GUESTS SHOULD KNOW ✦ ─────ᶻ – We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed – If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given♨ – We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase☀ – We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise彡 – Due to our vibrant location, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest⚠ – During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment
