We have thought about just about everything you will need for your stay at The Condo By The Sea and provide a turnkey experience during your stay!+ Enough room to sleep 2-3 comfortably (ideal for a couple or couple with one small child) the condo is only 179 SQ FT. so **YES IT IS SMALL**, but laid out well for the amount of people advertised.+ Queen size bed with a 2″ gel cooling memory foam queen mattress topper that will accommodate two adults along with a pull-out twin trundle.+ All linens included, bathroom towels and bedding!
