This prime location in the historic district is a short walk to beach, boardwalk, and downtown. We include 4 beach tags (needed for anyone over 12). One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 singles. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note as per the listing, this unit is for a total of at most 6 people.A brand new kitchen includes a washer and dryer unit. The living and dining space includes a new SMART TV. The enclosed front porch provides additional space for dining, playing games, or just hanging out. There is also a covered seating area in front of the unit and a side yard with grill for your use. Parking is free on the street, and there is a free parking lot 2 blocks back by the skateboard park. NO CLEANING FEE. There is a separate fully refundable $500 security deposit.
