The master bedroom with private access to the fully screened-in porch, is located on the first floor just off the living room which provides a comfortable plush king-size bed with two nightstands, a dresser, large screen TV, a sitting chair, and full ensuite bathroom with large walk-in closet, twin sinks, and large tiled shower. As you come up to the second floor you are greeted by a sitting area to just relax, play games, or read a book. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
