The living area boasts an abundance of seating and a mounted TV, perfect for a movie night in! The first floor is home to one of two screened-in porches and an outdoor dining area. The Master Bedroom and ensuite private bathroom are nestled off of the lower screened-in porch. Finishing off the first floor is a half bath and closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Guest room #1 has a queen-sized bed and is perfect for older guests who want to relax in peace and quiet. Guest room #2 has a triple bunk bed, and additional trundle, and is perfect for younger guests. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
