The living area is complete with a gas log fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, Keurig and regular coffee makers. The second boasts two ensuites (Queen) each with access to a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Plus two extra long twin memory foam mattresses in the master and guest room closets. This cottage is also equipped with a high chair, 6 beach chairs, a boogie board, an umbrella, a cooler, 2 adult life jackets, and beach games located in the laundry room. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
