You’ll love vacationing in this nicely furnished and well maintained 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse located in Billington Village in beautiful Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster MA. Short walk to Arbor pool. This C-style unit has two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Downstairs has a living/dining area, full kitchen with updated appliances, half bath, and private patio with shed and gas grill. Newly painted interior throughout and new carpet upstairs. Central A/C. New living room furniture, Smart TV in living room with additional HD TVs in each bedroom. Unit also has WiFi, full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave. No pets allowed. Patio has a shed to store bikes, golf clubs and beach chairs.As a guest in this unit, you will be able to purchase passes for Ocean Edge Resort’s 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, locker rooms, saunas, hot tubs, kid’s pools, tennis courts, 2 fitness centers, kids activities and a day camp. Passes for 2023 cost $70 per week per adult, $30 per week per child. Daily passes can also be purchased for $20 per adult and $10 per child. In addition, the resort offers kayak and paddleboard rental at Blueberry Pond, and has several restaurants. It is connected to the 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for cyclists. Captains Golf Course (public) is 3 miles away and Brewster public beaches are approximately 2 miles away.Linens are not provided so please remember to bring your linens and towels. If you wish we can refer you to a rental place nearby who will deliver linens to the door.
