The bright and cheerful kitchen is open to the oceanfront living room and features Corian counters and upgraded cabinetry. The primary bedroom has a new King bed and is also oceanfront with an adjoining bath. Both bedrooms include TVs. The large covered deck has gracious outdoor seating and spectacular views of the Atlantic.Enjoy a dip in the oceanfront salt water swimming pool or take advantage of the community grilling area. Known for it’s well kept grounds with BBQ grills and picnic tables, oceanfront salt water swimming pool and deck, and private beach access, Sea Colony provides an inviting recreational area for the enjoyment of all guests. The complex also has elevator access to all units.*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
