This 3BR/2BA condo is ideally located in the Crescent Beach part of North Myrtle Beach. It’s close to everything that the area has to offer which includes shopping (2 miles from Barefoot Landing), dining, golfing, and of course relaxing on the beach. This is a fully furnished unit that’s been updated throughout with a private deck, private pool for all Shoreham Towers II residents, outside pergola area with charcoal grill, all with a magnificent beach view. Each bedroom has its own Samsung Smart TV, Queen-size beds in the guest bedrooms, King-size (Casper) bed in the main bedroom that overlooks the deck to the beach. This has been the perfect vacation spot for our family since the building was constructed in 1983. We’d also love it to be the perfect spot for you and your family for many years to come.
