The house is right on the water and you simply step off of the deck and onto the beach. Get your beach chairs, coolers and canopy ready for use. If you prefer the view from the front of the house, you can enjoy relaxing on the front porch and watch the people and carts go by.Enjoy two master bedrooms with every bedroom having its’ own bath. The custom kitchen has recently been remodeled with Granite countertops, custom tile work, stainless appliances, including a free standing ice maker in addition to the icemaker in the refrigerator. The dining room table seats eight with additional seating for seven at the kitchen bar, which is also used for more casual breakfasts and lunch. If you want to stay inside, enjoy the Sharp flat screen TV in the living room, equipped with Blue Ray DVD player and if you subscribe to Netflix or any of the other movie and music providers stream as many movies as you want to watch. There is also a flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD in the master bedroom and all other bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and DVD players. You will also find a Video Tape Player in the living room for those who still have video tapes and there are several video tapes in the house including old movies and many documentaries on aircraft and World War II.One master has a king bed, flat screen TV and adjoing bath. The second master also has access to the deck, a TV and en suite bathroom recently updated with beautiful tile.The third bedroom has a pair of double beds, flat screen TV and bath. The kids room has bunk beds and two singles. TV, DVD player and lots of games and for the kids and parents alike.
