Outside the property has an outstanding vista of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park. Cabin sits near the shore and provides water access for kayaking, and exploring Raccon Cove. Relax by a beautiful babbling brook in the back yard. The property is also centrally located in Lamione and is close to all of its amenities, just 1 1/2 miles from Marboro Beach, 1/2 mile from freshwater swimming at Bloomfield Park on Blunt’s Pond, and 3 miles from Lamoine State Park, and Lamoine Beach. All saltwater sites provide boat access to Frenchman’s Bay. Both portions of Acadia, (Mount Desert Island and the Schoodic Pennisula), and Bar Harbor are within a 15-20 minute drive.
