During Summer months (June 1 – August 30) we only rent from Friday to Friday with one week minimum. In Newport Beach California with full ocean view. This property is a non-smoking property with a front patio is located on the boardwalk next to the sand. Four blocks south east of Newport Pier. Free wireless Internet. Apartment has full size, completely equipped kitchen, Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has 1 full bed below and 1 twin above (bunk bed) , with a full size futon in living room. 2 TVs. Comes with its own carport and washer/ dryer access. Just 30 to 45 minutes to Disneyland and 15 – 20 minutes to major malls. Excellent location for seeing all of Southern California!
