There may also be leftover umbrellas, skim boards, and beach chairs available for your use.This is a beach side condo on the first row offering a quiet family friendly area close to North Myrtle Beach, SC with a great view of the ocean from the balcony on the second floor of a 3 story complex. Ocean Annie’s – an ocean front bar with free live music and dancing on the beach is just two doors down. You can enjoy an early morning walk to the pier half a mile away, fishing off of the pier or deep sea fishing and dining at the tastiest sea food restaurants. Broadway shows, Dixie Stampede and Alabama Theater are a short drive away.The kitchen is fully stocked and towels, soap, linen and dish soap is provided, but personal necessities like extra toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste and beach chairs are not provided. 3 television sets, Bluetooth speaker, Wi Fi, wave boards, beach chairs and umbrella may be available for use.Due to insurances purposes, cannot rent condo to anyone with a non-US mailing address.If you CANCEL and your days are booked by someone else, you WILL BE REFUNDED the full payment.No security deposit is required, however you would be responsible for any damage to the property due during your stay.
