From your panoramic window, enjoy the volleyball matches right out front, dolphins, surfers, windsurfing, sunsets and people watching.The price is a bargain when you can sleep 6 (one king and 1 queen size bed and two couches that convert to two separate full beds in the closed off living room area.The kitchen includes all new appliances and is fully equipped to handle even a Thanksgiving dinner! There are plenty of beach towels and bath towels for your use.YES we have Air Conditioning and Heating in EVERY room!There is a large oceanfront patio with tables, benches and Gas BBQ.
