Expansive paved parking. A home designed for comfort and elegance.Fully handicap accessible with the elevator serving all floors and a bedroom on the main floor with a handicap bathroom. There is a stair lift on the Ocean front porch that accesses the ocean front deck and walkway to the beach.The kitchen has granite counter tops and features a curving bar that seats 8 people. Kitchen has a glass top range, oven, microwave, and warming oven. It features a large double door refrigerator and undercounter dedicated ice maker.There are two laundry rooms with washer and dryer – one on the main floor and one upstairs.The swimming pool is heated in the spring and fall and has chaise lounges and chairs for poolside enjoyment.Guests can have the option of making 1, 2, or 3 payments.
