Washer and Dryer.Weekly, Monthly and Long-Term renters welcome.This unobstructed ocean front suite is located on a 65 acre private resort. Ideally located near the newly renovated (2015) Marina, Clubhouse/cafe, Private Beach, gazebo, boat ramp, and a newly renovated Jr. Olympic size pool and Hot Tub with a wet bar. Other activities include: lighted tennis courts, play ground, nature trail, kayak/canoe, Tiki Huts, outdoor grills and pier fishing.Guest are welcome to bring their boat up to 28′ in length. There are both Wet Slips and Trailer parking. Fee’s do apply and may vary upon season. Insurance and Registration are required in the name of the guest staying at the resort. Reservations need to be made in advance with the Marina Manager at Ocean Pointe Suites directly. Please let us know if you would like to be provided you with the Marine Registration information.
