This complex at 7100 Gulf Drive is well managed, impeccably maintained and has a reputation of being one of the island’s best!Enjoy the white sandy beach directly in front of the complex, soak in the recently renovated community pool, or play a game of tennis (courts have lights). The complex is on the island’s free trolley route and there is a stop just up the street on 78th and Gulf Drive. The trolley makes it easy to hit up the local shops, grab a bite to eat or to just sit and enjoy the scenery as you travel the length of the island.This 2nd floor, end unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully furnished. The condo was updated with new flooring, granite countertops, area rugs & some new furniture in December of 2021. The main/master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom. This bathroom was renovated in October of 2019. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin sized beds and offers quick access to the second bathroom. Televisions are located in the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for basic cooking. The private terrace offers a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for eating breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening! We have beach chairs for you to use. If you need additional chairs, you can ask the onsite property manager.The complex has a laundry room, so it’s possible to do your laundry on site. The unit has one reserved parking spot, but additional parking is available.
