This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 .5 bathroom, newly furnished beach house sits right on the sand and sleeps 10. This is a very spacious 3000 sq ft home with lots of privacy and yet cozy and excellent common space for friends and family to enjoy a well deserved holiday.Gorgeous fully equipped functioning kitchen allows for families to cook while enjoying the beach.Two full size bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with 1.5 bathrooms.The second floor has the master bedroom with a newly remodeled private bath.This house also has a unique separate loft area with a king size bed on the 3rd floor and 2 twin beds on the second floor also equipped with a full bath to provide a family with small kids privacy and yet comfort that the kids are near by.Private parking the can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Private access to the beach however the access is shared with the cottage directly behind this home .Views and sounds of the ocean from every inch of the house.Sit out on the deck as you grill and enjoy the endless ocean!House has heating and can be booked all year long. Beach is excellent for surfers especially during storms. Nothing is more spectacular than watching the waves during a storm.This is the front house on an ocean front lot. Both homes are owned by the same family and is also available for rent, reference VRBO #1645681.Fully house trained pets could be considered off season for an additional cleaning rate.
