The dramatic panoramic view of the Monterey Bay is absolutely breathtaking from every room, as well as the patio.The open concept floor plan consists of three bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a loft (counting as a bedroom) which in total will sleep 6 people very comfortably. The staircase adjacent to the property provides access to the sandy beach not but eighty feet below.Revel in the wide variety of local activities including (but certainly not limited to) seasonal whale watching, art, wine and music festivals as well as award-winning restaurants, locally owned gift shops, and several coastal California’s most gorgeous State Parks.The upstairs loft has a queen sized bed and full ocean view. There is a small closet and sitting area with a t.v and private balcony.Downstairs , there is a king sized mattress with a private bathroom (ocean view from bed).There is a second bedroom downstairs that has two bunk beds and a closet as well.The house is also equipped with an air mattress if needed (that would sleep a total of eight)There is a wonderful Video Attached so please view to get a feel of this Magical Property. Down in the basement (not pictured) in the laundry room. We have boogie boards, skim boards , two surf boards, and a Kayak as well. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas.
