This beautiful complex is located on 13 acres that was originally the Ocean Forest Hotel, a South Carolina landmark, in the Pine Lakes area. It is located at 5601 N. Ocean Blvd. and considered by locals as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Grand Strand.There are 1,000 feet of white sand beach for family fun or a relaxing walk. The complex has 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzis. The master suite has a queen bed, a magnificent new private bath, and opens to the private deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin xl beds with new mattresses and a large bathroom with tub/shower.Our condo is easily considered the best location in Ocean Forest Villas.This is a second floor beachfront unit so the views of the beach are wonderful. This unit is also a corner unit so you will only have neighbors on one side. Your beachfront unit also overlooks the pool and sundeck. Only a handful of units at Ocean Forest Villas have a similar premium location.Plenty of free on-site parking. Great shopping nearby at Tanger Outlets. Publix, Lowes, and Fresh Market near as well.
