A perfect relaxing beach retreat with an AMAZING Ocean View. The upstairs oceanfront town home was just remodeled in January 2024 and has 2 very large bedrooms, 2 baths and is just across Neptune from the Bluff and stairs to Beacon’s beach. The upstairs town home is perfect for families or a group of friends. The oceanfront home, has just been completely remodeled inside and out and has an updated look along with the character Encinitas is famous for.Included are 2 private parking spots, 2 soft surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the Beacon’s beach. The bedrooms are well acquainted with King beds and matching bedroom sets. For larger groups, we have a convertible futon, with a sheet and comforter set. The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted.The area is the quintessential 1960’s beach town, with modern splashes of luxury and tons of eclectic soul. The home is just across Neptune from the stunning cliffs the boast views of the entire coastline, and the stairs that lead down to world class, Beacons Beach. The home is also just blocks away from several great places to eat or have a drink.
