Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).ENHANCED PROTOCOLS : We have revised our protocols to include professional EPA approved non-toxic undetectable antimicrobial electrostatic spray treatment which continues to kill newly introduced viruses and germs on surfaces, 24-hour holds in between each reservation for enhanced cleaning and sanitization, and laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site.The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 28th Floor.LIVING AREA (424 sq.ft not including lanai)- 1 Queen & 1 Single Sofa Sleeper- Flat screen TV- Window A/CKITCHEN- Stove cooktop- Microwave- RefrigeratorBATHROOM- Bathtub/Shower- Sink-ToiletBUILDING AMENITIES- Pool & BBQ grill- Sauna & Jacuzzi- Coin operated laundry room- Gym ($5 cash one time fee through hotel front desk)- PARKING – Public parking garage onsite for $40/day (price subject to change w/o notice)ALI’I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AMSince another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company.
