If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.House Rules:Rates and fees are non-negotiable.Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.MAXIMUM occupancy is 6.No smoking/vaping in the house.Dogs 20 lbs or less are able to join in the family fun for an additional fee.Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
