With it’s proximity to the beach and the many amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer (including the water park), this property is a great find!!House Highlights:Well-equipped Kitchen with sit-in dining areaSpacious living room with sofa, loveseat, recliner, WiFi and cableStack washer & dryerMaster bedroom with king bed, TV, & adjoining full bathBedroom 2 has twin over twin bunk bedsBedroom 3 has a queen bed, TVsThere is a shared, full, hallway bathRelaxing porch with lounge chairsAdditional seating area under the house with decorative lightingHot/Cold outdoor showerItems To Note:This rental does NOT include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours.
