If you want granite counter tops & new construction this is not the vacation home for you. This is a classic Cape Cod summer cottage that will remind you of summers past. An incredible spot to build some new family memories while enjoying all Chatham has to offer. You are able to walk to the famous Lighthouse in minutes and downtown Chatham is close by.
