MW, DW, W/D, 4 TVs, WiFi, a pack-n-play and a porta-crib. Bedrooms include 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 5 Twins, 1 Daybed with trundle and a pull-out chair that makes a twin bed. Accommodates 14.Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. These items will not be replenished during your stay. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property.
