Offers a laundry room off of the kitchen. MW, DW, W/D, 3 Cable TVs, WIFI. BEDS: 3 Queen and 1 Full. Accommodates 8. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee.These items will not be replenished during your stay. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES ONLY. Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property.
