Description
1st floor villa is only 4 units back from oceanfront! It’s about a three minute walk until your toes hit sand, and even closer to the pool. This is the perfect location for families since it’s such a short walk with beach equipment to carry. With a queen bed, comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and twin captain’s bunks, this property sleeps up to 6 people (children under 12 best for bunks. We have a brand new tiled tub/shower combo completed in 2023. We personally manage this, so no property management company to deal with!This Property Includes-This 1 bed, 1 bathroom unit is 590 square feet. It is a family-friendly villa includes free wifi. It’s on the peaceful side of the resort with NO parking lot view, so no beeping cars and unloading luggage sounds at all hours. A secluded balcony gives you the restful time away you need. The white sand beach stretches for miles in both directions, perfect for an evening stroll, bike rides along the shore or jogging for exercise.
