It is located only a few steps from the South Beach Village Marina with the famous Salty Dog Cafe and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities.Located on the 3rd floor, (top floor) of Bluff Villas, this two-bedroom vacation home has been refurbished and features beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. Please note there are no elevators in the Bluff Villas.Open to the living room, the dining area seats six people. The new modern kitchen is fully equipped and is appointed with stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar has seating for 3 people.The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the balcony, and a walk-in closet. There is also a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV.The master bathroom includes a double vanity with a modern walk-in shower and tiled floor.The guest bedroom is ideal for a family setting as it has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the lower level and a twin on top. The full-size mattress does have a twin size trundle beneath.The guest bathroom has a single vanity with a shower/bathtub combination.***Please Note: Guests can use the South Beach Marina pool during their stay; however only 5 passes are provided with the villa which will cover a group of 5 people. Additional fees may apply for additional people which can be paid directly to the attendant at the pool.
