Situated on the 12th floor, our unit features a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, sink, and under-counter refrigerator. It comes fully furnished with linens, accessories, housewares, electronics, and furnishings, boasting luxury and quality unique to PCB. Origin stands out with its beautiful design, featuring interior corridors, mahogany entry doors, custom hall sconces and address plaques, pendant lighting, granite countertops, raised panel cabinets, as well as amenities such as a theater, fitness center, observation decks, dining terraces, and onsite parking.Origin resort offers an on-site arcade, coffee and ice available at the Saltwater Marketplace, a pool and hot tub on the 4th floor which are heated in winter, a fitness center on the 4th floor, and a laundry facility on the first floor that accepts bills and cards (laundry detergent not provided).Parking passes, provided in the unit, must be placed in your vehicle upon arrival. We supply 2 parking passes only, valid for the main parking garage and overflow parking. Guests receive 4 wristbands, essential for access, which cannot be removed once tightened. Wristbands are not required for guests under 10 years old.Upon booking, expect timely communications regarding your trip, and access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is facilitated by our custom keyless locks. Our local team is available for assistance before, during, and after your stay.Please note our policies: No smoking, pets, events, firearms, or refunds for internet outages. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
