***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***20th floor condo at the Ocean Reef in Panama City Beach, FL.Our condo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath beach residence that sleeps up to 10 comfortably. All the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony to be quite large as well with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy incredible views of the world’s most beautiful beaches. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated with a fun beach theme that’s very comfortable. We wanted to make it a family fun beach condo. We also wanted to make this a home away from home, for us and our guests. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 1 mile from the new Pier Park mall: 150 stores, 20 restaurants and a 16 megaplex movie theater. Across the street is miniature golf and go-cart track. Gulf World is just a short distance down the road along with many other entertainment and dining choices. The newest beach-front restaurant, Runaway Island, is a 5-minute walk away!
