Our balcony has a partial / side view of the ocean.Being on the 3rd floor, you can walk up 1 flight of stairs to our floor (since the lobby is the 2nd floor). We added beautiful decorations, a fun retro mini-fridge, ocean sunset wall paper for fun photos, the arcade game and a 50 inch smart tv for streaming!The resort was formerly a hotel and only a few units are self-managed and have the ability to upgrade the rooms to special features. You will be one of only a few rooms in the entire resort to offer a 50 inch tv, streaming services, in-room arcade game, retro refrigerator, beautiful bedding, and super comfortable gel mattress toppers!Our balcony is more private than many balconies at the resort!When you are ready to walk out the resort doors and onto the beach, use our beach wagon!
