The main floor has a high open beam ceiling, dining and living room, white oak wood floor, big gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and commerical gas cook top and double oven, half bath, open floor plan, large deck with ocean and sunset views and big table and new BBQ.The master bedroom has a new king bed and an electric fireplace, the second bedroom has one queen and one single bed and there is a double bed in TV room.There is a separate outdoor spa area with privacy, ocean and sunset view, large hot tub and enclosed outdoor shower with on demand hot water.The house is in a quiet location where you can hear the waves and the sea lions. There is great walking and hiking in Big Sur and directly from the house; shopping and dining in Carmel,only 10 minutes away.
