The entire condo is furnished with brand new furniture.A new gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counters, and new appliances provide everything you need to comfortably prepare your meals. The Makahuena barbeque pavilion is right outside the condo. The living room is spacious, and includes a sleeper sofa, flat screen television with Blue Ray/DVD player. Some DVDs are provided. The large master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a brand new pillow top mattress. The attached bathroom has also been tastefully remodeled. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and gorgeous mahogany furniture. The entire unit has new wood window coverings that offer privacy.For your use and enjoyment we have provided beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, a large ice chest, and games. 2 Pickle Ball paddles and 2 tennis racquets are also provided for your use at the Makahuena tennis/Pickle Ball court.
