This is the PERFECT beach house and is less than four years old! Everything is new throughout and ready for you to enjoy it. This beach getaway offers a beautiful private inground pool that creates a backyard oasis. Beach access is just across the street and less than a two minute walk to the ocean. At the corner, stroll down a long dock that reaches over the intracoastal waterway where you can fish and enjoy the views.This is a spacious 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home and is perfectly located in the center of Oak Island. Relax on the two front decks and enjoy ocean views and the sounds of the waves. There is an indoor elevator that connects from the ground to the 2nd and 3rd floors for easy access.Inside, you find this home to be open and light, providing the perfect place to spend a week or weekend at the beach. You will find plenty of room for privacy as well as entertaining, with a fully stocked modern kitchen. Two master bedroom suites with full baths and comfortable king beds await. The third bedroom has two full size beds and the fourth bedroom has bunkbeds with a full on the bottom, allowing 11 to sleep comfortably.There is a heated outdoor shower along with a sitting area that surrounds a large gas fire pit. Lots of games onsite, including cornhole, a basketball net and less than a mile to the local outdoor sports recreation park, where you will find basketball, pickleball and tennis courts.Generously stocked with beach towels, linens, chairs and games for your family and friends. Plenty of covered parking is available as well.
