Shared amenities at no extra cost with Ocean Oak resort include 2 large salt water heated pools (1 is oceanfront with zero entry and splash area for small kids) 2 hot tubs, bar & grill with snack shop including Starbucks coffee, fitness room, game room, outdoor grilling and seating areas, private beach access…the perks go on and on.This top floor condo has stair and elevator access, a bedroom with sliding barn doors, a queen bed with storage drawers and a high quality premium mattress. Other features include built in single sized bunk beds and a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 people. Everything is nicely upgraded, the kitchen is stocked with large and small appliances, a single cup Keurig machine, cups, plates and more. The living area has a large smart tv with basic cable channels provided. The balcony has a relaxing view of the ocean that you can enjoy while sitting on an outdoor glider. 2 beach chairs and a cart was left for renter’s to use but we can not guarantee they will be there as they could become lost or damaged before we can replace them. Coin operated laundry room is available on the 1st floor. Free on site parking for 1 vehicle.Great location!! 8 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants plus Celebration Park with a pirate ship playground, fitness stations and an open pavilion for festivals. Renters are responsible for cleaning during their stay or professional cleaning(s) can be scheduled at an additional expense(s).
