The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the small appliances, cookware, and serving dishes you’ll need, offering granite countertops and full-size appliances. There’s seating for everyone between the dining room table and the breakfast bar, or gather on the balcony and enjoy a meal with the sounds of the surf and an ocean breeze.Prefer to grill up some surf-and-turf? Head downstairs and you’ll find charcoal grilling stations near the pool. Outdoor showers are also found on the oceanside of the building, so it’s a cinch to rinse off before you head back inside or back to the pool.After a long day on the beach, retreat to the spacious primary bedroom, offering a comfortable queen-size bed, beautiful views, private access to the balcony, a walk-in closet, a flatscreen TV, and an extra-large bathroom featuring a deep jetted tub, a separate shower, a water closet, and a granite double vanity. The other two bedrooms are equally comfortable, both with queen-size beds, ample closet space, and flatscreen cable TVs.Want to get out and have a little fun? Within a very short walking distance, you can shop the Sandbridge Market, grab subs or ice cream at Zero’s and Ben & Jerry’s, or enjoy the Sandbridge gift shop. Take a drive down Sandpiper and you’ll find Back Bay Wildlife Refuge with its untouched giant sand dunes, bald eagles, turtles, herons, foxes, and a spot to fish or put your kayak in. You can also take the tram and tour First Landing State Park, where English colonists first settled in 1607. The Sandbridge fishing pier is also at the south end of Sandpiper, near Little Island Park, featuring covered picnic areas, a big playground, and the historic Sandbridge Coast Guard Station, originally built in 1925.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use.
