The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and a full range of small appliances is perfect for light cuisine or gourmet meals.The main suite offers a comfortable king bed, TV, a convenient work desk, and a private main bath. There is also a queen pull-out sofa in the living room area for additional accommodations. There is plenty of room for everyone! The convenience and comforts of OceanView are sure to create true vacation memories.The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 2.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
