2 bedroom/full bath first floor condo in a two unit building with unobstructed views of the rocky coast on Fisherman’s Harbor, Moody Point, Wells. You are surrounded by beautiful views from the moment you step out of your car. Bright and spacious, you can relax at home and take in breathtaking views from the year round sun room, living room, master bedroom and large outdoor deck. Or enjoy the crisp ocean air from lounge chairs on the large, lush lawn. Spacious living room with plenty of seating for the family has smart HDTV with 60+ channels, original series and plenty of movies, bluray dvd. Large kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot and fridge has everything you need to conveniently prepare meals at home. Or fire up the gas grill. located on ground level, and feast on the deck overlooking the mighty Atlantic. Master bedroom has one king bed, large closet, reading nook, and views. Second bedroom also has a king size bed. Sunroom has a love seat, desk, table and chairs overlooking the ocean. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, hair dryer, first aid kit, and other essentials to get you started on your vacation. Bed linens and towels are included. Stackable washer and dryer are available in your condo for your private use. Heat for cooler months, and central AC for warmer months will ensure your comfort. Pedestal fans also available. Maximum occupancy is for 3 people. Additional nightly fee for third person.While visiting be sure to catch a sunrise, check for seals with provided binoculars, and watch lobstermen haul their catch. Rocky coasts, tide pools, and Moody and Crescent Beaches are within a 5-10 minute walk in either direction. Wells Beach and Footbridge Beach are a 5-10 minute drive. Ogunquit is 4.5 miles south where you will find Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and Ogunquit Playhouse Regional Theater. 10 miles to Kennebunkport for whale watch and deep sea excursions, Dock Square with unique shops and restaurants, and Walker’s Point, summer home of the Bush Family.In Wells, you will easily find many restaurants, lobster pounds, coffee and ice cream shops, movie theaters and other fun activities for the kids.
