With only 32 condos, our complex is peaceful and full of ALOHA!-Air-conditioned condo-Ocean view from the lanai-2.2 miles to down town Kona — where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants!-.8 mile to Magic Sands Beach (white sand beach)-Walk to the Farmer’s Market-58″ Roku Smart TV, with Direct TV in the living room-Full sized washer and dryer-California King Bed in primary bedroom, with ensuite and door to access the lanai with ocean view.-TV in primary bedroom-Two twin beds in secondary bedroom-Pull out sofa sleeper in the living room-Free Wi-Fi in the condo-Free covered, assigned parking onsite-Fully stocked kitchen-Dining table inside for 4, with bar seating for 2 more-Dining table on lanai for 4, with seating on lanai for 2 more-Beach towels, ice chest and beach chairs provided for use during your stayThe Royal Kahili complex offers a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy:-Swimming pool-Koi pond-BBQ area-Free library of books-Walk to a small cove across the street and watch the surfers at Lymans Surf Spot!-15-20 minute walk to Magic Sands Beach (White Sands Beach)-Short walk to Kona Trolley pick up and drop off locations on Ali’i Drive-Short drive from some of the best beaches on the island, as well as restaurants, shopping, and golf courses.-Condo is on 4th floor.-This is a non-smoking complex. Any violation could result in an immediate fine of up to $500.00 per occurrence. Our HOA requires full names of all occupants. It also requires an email of one guest.When booking, please list all occupant’s full names. Please list one email. Due to the propane shortage in Hawaii, the hot tub & fire pit are inoperable.
