Resort amenities of 3 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, and 3 BBQ areas. Beach gear includes 2 coolers, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, 2 boogie board, 1 umbrella, and sand toys.*AC noteThis unit is cooled by older technology that is expensive to operate and isn’t very effective. I no longer advertise this property as “air conditioned”. It currently has 1 24k BTU window AC unit in the living room supplemented with 4 ceiling and 3 standing fans spread throughout.
