The pool (non-heated) remains open year round.This long time destination is a favorite for families and couples as it caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. The island is a golf cart friendly community and offers many fun activities for visitors: boating, kayaking, museums, parks, jet-skiing, shrimping + more!The spaceBright interior space that can sleep 6 (King in Primary bedroom & Queen in secondary bedroom). We have an air mattress & twin cot available if you have a larger party. The pool is large and includes two hot tubs! Wifi, Cable, full kitchen, 24 hour security, coffee maker + 2 beach cruisers come with the rental! Beach Chairs/Umbrella are available to rent on the beach.The views from the balcony allow you to enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the comfort of the condo.The Beach Club has the easiest, *private* Ocean Access just steps from the condo. Morning/evening walks on the vast beach is one our favorite activities.The PerksIncluded are (2 max) parking spots in a covered garage. Oversized vehicles might wish to park outside the covered garage. Guests will need to go to Beach Club Office to retrieve parking and pool passes during business hours.Luggage carts are available on ground floor.A workout room, tennis courts, grills + outdoor tables, a large pool, business center, kiddie pool & 2 hot tubs. A beach wagon and cooler are available for use while you’re staying with us.Around UsOur condo is walking distance to several restaurants, parks, The King & Prince, activities, and biking distance to the pier.Other things to noteOur cleaning and laundry service is top notch, our condo floors and surfaces are sanitized after each departure.
