Constructed in 2015 and 20 steps from the beach, our 4 bedroom (plus den), 3.5 bathroom (plus 2 outdoor showers) kid-friendly home is perfect for your family getaway. Includes 6 adult season beach passes.Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, tools, etc. 5 burner gas range, double oven, drawer microwave, oversized French door refrigerator, plus 20-bottle wine fridge.Primary suite has private ocean-facing deck/outdoor shower and inside 2-person soaking tub.Total of 3 Queen bedrooms (including primary), plus a room with twin bunk beds and a crib, and the den futon couch converts to a single bed (and the doors close).Upper LR deck has gas grill and dining table. Lower deck has porch swing and adirondack chairs. Garage accommodates 2 cars inside (and room for another on the street).Downstairs storage room has everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and more.
