A 42″ wall mounted HDTV with cable and Netflix for your viewing.The master bedroom is on the left with queen bed, 28″ HDTV, and en suite bath. The master bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. On the right side of the property is the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds with en suite bath, TV and sliding doors to the deck. This bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower and hair dryer. A washer/dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience.*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable.
