Main Street has a Sunday farmer’s market and a Tuesday food truck event, and Abbott Kinney has a first Friday of each month huge food truck event. And, just a 5 block walk down the hill to the beach!Third Street Promenade and its movie theaters is only a walk away as well. You can take a longer walk to Abbott Kinney, the “hippest street in America” according to GQ. There is a free local shuttle (large golf cart) accessible to those staying in Santa Monica that takes visitors to the various beach hip spots as well.The apartment has been fully redone by a local designer and repainted with no-VOC paint.
