Please, make yourself at home.The Neighborhood:Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl which is like a small Spanish walking village with small cafes, a great coffee shop, ice cream, convenience store, two great restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. You could easily get by without using your car once during your stay.We strictly enforce our Quiet Hours of 10 pm to 8 am. Because our neighbors are so close by and our ability to operate our Airbnb business depends on not disturbing our neighbors, we will have to break up any parties held by our guests by all means necessary to protect our livelihood. Sorry for this strong wording but we have been burned a couple of times and can’t afford any more noise complaints from neighbors. I hope you understand.Getting Around:You can walk to just about everything you would need or take the free seasonal trolley to go even further.- Main beach at San Clemente pier (2 min walk)- 30 amazing restaurants (2-10 min walk)- T-street for boogie boarding and surfing (10 min walk down beach trail)- Coffee, ice cream, convenience store, and pizza (2 min)- Farmer’s market every Sunday (7 min walk)- Boutiques (7-10 min walk)- Casa Romanica (5 min walk)- Community Center (7 min walk)- Outlets (2 minute walk and 15 min trolley ride)- Disney Land (45 min drive)- Lego Land (35 min drive)- San Diego (60 min drive)- LA (60-90 min drive)Other Things to Note:- Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.- This condo is in a fully-soundproofed 6-unit building with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom and we also have a studio. Let us know if you need multiple units and we will try to give you adjacent units. This condo #4 of 6.- Up to two Pets can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 60lbs. A Pet fee of $20/night will apply for each approved pet. We have a small “dog park” on-site and San Clemente is pet-friendly :)Unit Privacy- There are security camera in outside common areas only (none inside units)- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to alert us to violations to our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way – only measure overall noise level.
