Needed to keep windows closed to keep out the traffic noise from the Pacific coast highway. Jeff was friendly and was exceptionally attentive. Overall good value for the price.2. We are big walkers and enjoyed the strolls down to the beach. Comfortable beds and living room area. The host did let us know the condo is on Coast Hwy so we were prepared for traffic noise though that calmed down later at night. A friendly condo community with an atrium area out front. The host communicated very well throughout the stay including when a few mishaps occurred in the kitchen. It is an older building so care with the pipes is appreciated. Washers / dryers require quarters. A lovely part of Laguna Beach.3. Erika – Santa Monica, California – Rating, 5 stars – October 2022This is one of the best locations in all of Laguna. Jeff is a wonderful host always there for any questions you may have. I stayed for two months and couldn’t be happier. The neighbors are super friendly and the beach is just across the street. Honestly it was hard to leave. However, I will definitely be back next summer!4. Bruce – Plano, Texas – Rating, 5 stars – July 2022Laguna Beach in the summer is beautiful and crowded. But Jeff’s condo is close to everything, yet away from the crowds. Jeff’s home is outfitted with everything you could possibly need for a short- or long-term stay. It FEELS like a beach house, and the ocean view tops it off. Jeff was always responsive and communicative during every contact. The surrounding neighborhood is great for walking and peeking at the cute cottage homes and hideaways. Short walk to Pearl St for morning coffee, or a hop across the street Pacific Coast Highway for beach time, anytime. The free trolley makes it painless to get to either downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point. No car is needed for this adventure!
