The third floor also has a small seating area next to the stairs and a half bathroom.A custom staircase leads down to the second floor where the bedrooms are found. This level has special, extra insulation in the ceilings to help muffle the sounds of a reverse floor-plan beach house. The primary bedroom with en-suite has all new furniture and a comfortable king sized Helix hybrid mattress. Enjoy soothing decor as you relax from your busy day at the beach or exploring. This bedroom has private access to the second floor deck. Make sure to wind down in the en-suite spa-like shower with separate shower heads so two people can use it at the same time! It also has a rain shower head and jets to get those sore muscles. The second bedroom has a brand new king sized Layla memory foam mattress with new frame and bedding. Relax in this comfortable, well appointed room with all of your needs met and private access to the second floor deck. Across the hall you will find a bunk room with a comfortable twin over queen (Casper memory foam) bunk-bed and a twin trundle (memory foam). The space between the queen and twin is extra high to give the lower bunk extra space for sitting. The closet holds a roll-away twin for extra sleeping. All TVs are ready to stream your favorites with our high speed internet. Next to this bedroom is a brand new bathroom with an extra deep tub/shower combo. New vanity, mirrors, and lights adorn this update bathroom. Enjoy the feeling of fresh, high quality sheets and extra thick towels included in your stay. Dish, hand, shower soap, and shampoo|conditioner are provided for your convenience.On the first floor you will find access to the garage, a laundry closet, and the main entrance (via smart-lock) with foyer and basket for shoes. Avoid the street and arrange your cars for parking on the concrete as you see fit. Local beach access is conveniently located across the street. Ocean Drive also ends with a cul-de-sac across the street which reduces traffic and sounds. Golf cart and bike rentals are located nearby. Guests are encouraged to explore the island as Emerald Isle provides a wonderful walking or bike path that runs along the road.
