Ocean Views – Newly Remodeled – Pool and Fishing PierThe Sea Cabins on Isle of Palms! This newly renovated Sea Cabin has views for days! This super cute unit has marble counter tops new tile new floors. It has two tiny bunks in the hallway for kids 10 and under. They are miniature and not meant for adults or anyone over 80 pounds. The bedroom has a queen bed. The chair in the living room pulls out as a Twin for additional sleeping.There is a pool and access to the private fishing pier. You are walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops and bars in downtown IOP.PLEASE NOTE – This unit is on the third floor and there is not an elevator. There are approximately 40 stairs from the parking lot to the unit entrance.Paid Laundry Facilities Available in Clubhouse by Pool.Community Charcoal BBQ Grills Available.The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Company.
