A quick 1 minute walk to the Cliff House Resort and Spa, a 2 minute drive to the Cape Neddick Golf Club, 5 minute drive to Perkins Cove, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Beach, Ogunquit Beach, York Wild Kingdom, Long Sands Beach and Short Sands Beach. 25 minutes to The Kittery Shopping Outlets. The tranquil setting offers a Main house and an attached guest house with a separate entrance. The main house has 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed) and 1 bathroom. The guest house (only available from May 1-September 30) has 1 bedroom (1 full bed) and 1 bathroom. Both units have air conditioning, and both are included in the rental.Both the main house and the guest house have a queen-size pull out couch with comfortable memory foam mattresses. Fresh linens, towels, 6 beach chairs and beach towels included. The two separate units are attached with an expansive deck featuring a 4 person infrared sauna with bluetooth and chakra light therapy. The deck features a 6 person dining table, large Webber Grill, outdoor shower and plenty of seating. Once home to a famous Austrian artist, the property exudes history and one of his original pieces sits next to the fireplace.EASY ACCESS TO BEACHES: Walk to the Cliff House parking lot ( 1 minute walk from the house) to catch the trolley to Perkins Cove, Ogunquit or Short Sands Beach, York – every hour, $1/person each way or $3/person day pass, 9:05AM-10:15PM. If you take the trolley to Perkins Cove, hop on another trolley line to get to Ogunquit Beach.THE CLIFF HOUSE RESORT AND SPA: Enjoy the two restaurants that are open to the public – The Tiller Restaurant for a stunning Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, with views that can’t be beat, and also Nubb’s Lobster Shack for a fresh lobster dinner, fresh seafood, burgers, cocktails, etc. Wake up and head up for a coffee at Bald Head Coffee Co and Market. The Spa is also open for public reservations. Other Cliff House amenities are not open to the public unless you have booked a spa service.
